How many people do you provide support coordination services to? How big are your support coordinators’ caseloads?
Amazing Strides aims to maintain our status as a smaller, “boutique”-style support agency. This ensures that our coordinators can continue to have 1:1, personal relationships with clients. Each coordinator serves no more than 20 clients. Currently we can serve up to 60 clients—but we plan to add more coordinators as our client roster grows.

How long have you provided services in New Jersey? In this region?

What is the typical turnover of your support coordinators?
All of our current coordinators have been with Amazing Strides since we began.

How do you respond to issues/needs that occur after regular business hours?

How do you match clients with support coordinators?
Because everyone on our staff has extensive experience in disability support—including administration, writing service plans and advocacy—each coordinator can help to clients with a broad range of needs. Our staff also stays current on developments in the field with regular training through the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities and in a variety of coursework via The Boggs Center on Developmental Disabilities at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
